- 800 grams colorful Bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 rosemary
- 50 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 400 grams Feta
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 4 rosemary
Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the peppers, then remove the seeds and dice. Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Heat half of the oil in a pan. Sauté the peppers and onions briefly, then add the rosemary. Pour in the broth, and cook for 5 minutes.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes, and sauté in the remaining oil. Add the feta cheese to the peppers. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and white wine vinegar. Transfer to bowls, garnish with the rosemary, and serve.
