500 grams fresh Porcini mushroom
3 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
3 garlic cloves
2 sprigs fresh thyme
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms and wipe with a paper towel. Cut the larger mushrooms into smaller pieces. 

2.

Peel and caorsely chop the garlic cloves. 

3.

Remove the leaves of the thyme from the stems. 

4.

Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan. Lightly sauté the garlic. 

5.

Add the mushrooms to the pan, then sprinkle with the thyme. Sauté for 4 minutes, then season to taste with salt and pepper. 

6.

Serve with a fresh baguette, if you'd like.
