- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 100 grams Hard cheese (diced)
- 50 grams Goat cheese
- 50 grams sliced smoked ham
- 50 grams button Mushroom
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch Dry yeast
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- butter (for the baking dish)
Preparation steps

In a bowl, mash the fresh goat cheese with a fork.

Cut the ham into strips.

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, cut into slices and saute in butter until the liquid evaporates.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Butter a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, crème fraîche, cream cheese and cream. Mix the flour with the yeast and stir into the egg mixture along with the ham, mushrooms, goat cheese and grating cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth. Place in the baking dish, smooth the top and bake until set, about 45 minutes.
