1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Kitchen towel
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the dashi with the water and miso past and bring to a boil.
2.
Add the potatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are very nearly tender.
3.
Add the seaweed, soy sauce, tofu and spring onions and serve very hot.
