Nutritional values

Want some resistance? Savoy cabbage is a good source of vitamin C. With about 50 milligrams per 100 grams, it is one of the stars among the suppliers of vitamin C. And incidentally, the curly cabbage also strengthens the nervous system with its vitamin B6 content.

The savoy cabbage mince casserole is perfect for low-carb diets. If you want to fill up on carbohydrates, you can enjoy the casserole with a slice of bread. In this case, however, it is best to use wholemeal bread!
