2 egg yolks
1 shallot
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
100 grams breadcrumbs
1 egg white

Preparation steps

1.

Cut shallot in half and cut into small cubes, then sauté in a little butter. Knead sausage with egg yolks, breadcrumbs, parsley and shallots and form a sausage batter.

2.

Wrap the eggs with the sausage mixture and roll them in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in the fryer until a golden yellow color, put on a paper towel and drain the oil.
