1 Tbsp scallions
2 tsps butter

1 Tomato
1 Croissant

Preparation steps

1.

Mix eggs in a bowl with 2 tablespoons milk, whisk and season with salt and pepper.

Fry bacon in a pan with 1 teaspoon melted butter until crispy and set aside.

3.

Melt remaining butter in the frying pan, pour egg mixture in the frying pan and cook while stirring occasionally.

4.

Rinse tomato, cut in half and then slice. Cut croissant in half, add slices of bacon on the bottom half, cover with scrambled eggs, then sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with chives. Cover with top half of croissant and serve.
