Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mussels thoroughly. Rinse squid and prawns and pat dry. Cut squid into strips. Blanch tomatoes, peel, quarter, core and dice. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse peperoncino, cut in half, trim and cut into small cubes. Heat oil in a saucepan, briefly saute peperoncino and garlic, deglaze the saucepan with wine and let simmer briefly. Add tomatoes and capers to the saucepan, simmer about 5 minutes until slightly creamy and season with salt and pepper. Cover and reduce heat, add seafood and parsley into the saucepan, cook for about 6 minutes over low heat until mussels have opened.

2.

Cook pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente.

3.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

4.

Drain pasta and add to the saucepan. Place 1/4 of pasta on a large piece of aluminum foil and close to create a packet. Repeat process with remaining pasta. Place foil packets on a baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and serve in deep plates.
