Ingredients

- For the bread
- 300 grams Semolina
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- Pastry flour (for dusting)
- For cooking
- 2 tsps olive oil
Preparation steps

For the dough: Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix in 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cups) lukewarm water until smooth. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour. Grease a cast iron pan with oil, shape the dough into flat cakes, add to the pan and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Flip over, add a little oil and cook for another 20 minutes.
