1 kilogram Pastry flour
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 packets Dry yeast
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps Sesame seeds (black and white)

Preparation steps

Mix flour with sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add oil and 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) of lukewarm water. Knead into a smooth dough, adding more water if needed. Cover with a damp tea towel and leave for 2 hours in a warm place. Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F). Dust 1 or 2 baking sheets with flour.

Knead dough again on a floured surface. Shape into a log and cut into 10 slices. Roll slices into circles with a 12 cm (approximately 5 inch) diameter. Place on baking sheets. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cool before serving.
