- 4 eggs
- 200 grams powdered sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 100 grams butter
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
How healthy are the main ingredients?

Sift the powdered sugar and beat with the eggs until fluffy. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add into the cream. Melt the butter, cool and fold into the cream. Fold in the flour.

Pour the dough into a piping bag with a large spout. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pipe the dough into 8 cm long cookies, allowing space between the cookies. Bake at 190°C (approximately 375°F) for 12 minutes until golden brown.
3.
Melt the chocolate over a hot water bath. Dip the cookies into the chocolate on one half. Leave to cool before serving.
