2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps butter
20 peeled King prawn (ready to cook)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
100 milliliters Sparkling wine
100 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Drain crab meat in a colander and cut into small pieces. Peel garlic and press. Heat butter and cook shrimp, crabmeat, garlic and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

2.

Mix sparkling wine with sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley, add to dishes and top with shrimp to serve.
