150 grams small shrimp (ready to cook)
1 tsp lemon juice
3 Tbsps butter
200 grams Long grain rice
½ tsp Curry powder
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Sprinkle the shrimp with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the rice according to package directions, stir in curry powder and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the shrimp until cooked through, 3-4 minutes, remove.

4.

Rinse and remove the strings from the snow peas and cut crosswise into 0.5 cm (approximately 1/4-inch) wide pieces and blanch in a pot of boiling salted water for 2 - 3 minutes.

5.

Divide the rice among bowls and serve garnished with shrimp and snow peas.
