4 Tbsps Coconut oil
½ tsp Shrimp paste
150 grams Ground meat
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 tsp Sambal oelek

Preparation steps

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear, then put in a pot with a tight fitting lid in 375 ml (approximately 1 1/2 cups) water. Once the water boils, reduce heat, cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Once the rice has absorbed all the water and the surface is dry, remove the pot from heat. Keep covered about 10 minutes, then remove lid and let cool.

Whisk the two eggs in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and chop. Peel the shallots and garlic and chop finely. Pour the coconut oil in a hot wok and fry the shallots and the garlic. Add the shrimp and shrimp paste and stir fry about 1 minute.

Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Add the rice, and fry until crispy.

Add the beaten eggs, and scramble, stirring continuously. Season everything with soy sauce, sambal oelek and salt.

Rinse the prawns, pat dry and chop. Peel the shallots and garlic and chop finely. Pour the oil in a hot wok and fry the shallots and the garlic. The shrimp and Terasi admit and stir fry about 1 minute.
