- 150 grams Basmati rice
- salt
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- Chili sauce (sweet-tart)
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 carrots
- 150 grams Snow peas
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 80 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 150 grams Pineapple (chunks)
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
- 200 grams Cocktail shrimp
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the rice in boiling salt water, according to the package instructions.

Bring the broth, chile sauce and soy sauce to a boil.

Peel and slice the carrots. Rinse the snow peas and cut into small pieces. Rinse and slice the mushrooms. Rinse and chop the peppers. Reduce the heat and add the carrots to the broth and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the snow peas, mushrooms and peppers. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add the drained pineapple chunks. Add the cilantro and the shrimp. Do not boil. Add the rice. Serve seasoned with soy sauce and pepper.
