100 grams shrimp
150 grams Frozen pea
4 slices Bacon
1 bunch Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk eggs in a bowl with cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook frozen peas in a pot with a little water. Cut bacon into thin strips. Fry bacon in the pan and remove.

2.

Melt butter in the pan, then pour egg mixture into the pan and leave to cook over low heat. Add peas, shrimp, pasta and half of bacon and continue to cook while covered for 4 minutes.

3.

Rinse dill and finely chop. Serve cooked omelet on a plate garnished with dill and remaining bacon.
