½ green Bell pepper
12 Cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsps Cocktail Tomato sauce (Finished product)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Chop dill finely and mix with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Coat shrimp with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Rinse bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Brush with oil.

2.

Rinse tomatoes and pat dry. Drain shrimp and thread on wooden skewers alternating with bell pepper pieces and tomatoes. Place on preheated grill and cook 8 minutes, turning frequently. Serve with cocktail sauce.
