Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6.
2.
Place the cherry tomatoes in a roasting tin and drizzle with oil. Season and roast in the oven for at least 20 minutes or until starting to blacken.
3.
Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain the pasta.
4.
Toss the pasta with the tomatoes and their roasting juices and chopped basil.
5.
Adjust the seasoning and serve with Parmesan.
