- 2 inches Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp cloves
- ½ tsp Cardamom
- 1 cup Cranberry
- 2 cups Red wine
- ⅔ cup soft light brown sugar
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps

Combine the cabbage, spices, cranberries, red wine, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning in a slow cooker.
