50 grams powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
80 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Crumble the shortbread finely and add the almonds in a bowl. Melt the butter and mix. Line 4 tartlet baking pans with the dough (about 10 cm diameter, or approximately 4 inch). Press firmly and form an edge. Refrigerate.

Rinse, trim and cut 4 pieces of sliced strawberries for garnish. Puree the remaining strawberries. Mix with the cream cheese, quark, powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the creamy mixture. Fill in the tartlets and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Garnish with strawberries and mint.
