1 pc Cheese (such as Emmentaler; 50 grams or approximately 2 ounces)
2 eggs
150 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the broccoli and cauliflower. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.

Blanch the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots together in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain.

Divide the vegetables into 4 small ramekins. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Grate the cheese.

4.

Mix the garlic with the eggs, sour cream and cheese. Season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg, then spread over the vegetables and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
