- 4 Apple (cored and diced)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 ribs Celery (diced)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain low-fat Yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)
- 1 head Boston butter lettuce (washed; trimmed and dried)
- ½ cup Walnut
Preparation steps
1.
In a large bowl combine the apples and lemon juice. Add celery and toss.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, and honey until creamy. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour over apple mixture, and toss gently.
3.
Arrange the lettuce on 4 individual plates. Mound the apple mixture on top. Sprinkle with walnuts.
