- 2 Tbsps fresh Dill (chopped)
- lemon juice
- 16 Crispbread (rye)
- 1 cup smoked Salmon (slices)
- 1 cup crayfish (ready to use, marinated)
Preparation steps

Mix the cottage cheese with the dill and season with lemon juice. Spread on 8 crispbread rounds.

Place smoked salmon on half the crispbread rounds and crayfish on the others. Place the remaining crispbread rounds on top and serve.
