- 1 Baguette
- 300 grams Cottage cheese
- 60 grams Horseradish cream
- 100 grams Smoked salmon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ bunch Dill
Preparation steps

Rinse dill, shake dry and pluck tips. Cut baguette crosswise into thirds, then cut pieces in half lengthwise.

Mix cottage cheese with horseradish and spread on baguette pieces. Cut smoked salmon into strips, sprinkle with lemon juice and divide over baguette pieces. Serve garnished with dill tips.
