- 1.333 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ⅔ cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt

- 16 Sage (+ sage leaves to garnish)
- 16 smoked Salmon
- 1.333 cups Crème fraiche (more if necessary)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup toasted Pine nuts
- 1 cup grated Emmentaler cheese

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Melon baller, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Punch bowl oder Krug, 1 Peeler, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups

Mix the flour, salt and milk and beat in the eggs. Let the batter stand for 30 minutes. Add a little more milk if the batter is too thick. Heat a little butter in a skillet and make pancakes from the batter one after the other. Mix the crème fraîche smoothly with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. To serve, spread the pancakes with the crème fraîche, top with salmon, sage and pine nuts and roll up. Sprinkle with cheese and put into a preheated oven (150°C/300°F) until the cheese has melted. Cut in half at an angle and serve on plates, garnished with sage leaves.
