These smoothies are packed with nutrients including antioxidants from the berries and protein from the yogurt.
Frozen berries are better in this recipe than fresh, although you can easily use either.

- ½ Mango
- 9 ozs Pineapple
- 4 ozs Natural yogurt
- 3 ozs milk
- 2 Raspberries
- 2 Blackberry
- 2 Blueberries
- 6 mint
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the core. Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes and put aside 2 for the fruit skewers.

Puree the mango, pineapple, yogurt and milk in a blender. Distribute into glasses. To serve, alternately thread rinsed berries, pineapple cubes and mint leaves on skewers and garnish the smoothies.
