½ tsp baking soda
4 Tbsps Agave syrup
1 cup Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 cup Blueberries

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/350°F/gas 4. Grease and base line a 20cm loose-based cake tin.
2.
Put all the ingredients except the blueberries into a bowl and beat well together.
3.
Pour the batter into the tin and scatter the blueberries over the top.
4.
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until risen and golden brown.
