Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, mix the flour and salt on a work surface. Form a well in the center. Chop the butter into small pieces and distribute around the flour. Pour the egg in the well and chop all the ingredients with a large knife.

2.

Quickly knead the ingredients into a smooth dough, form into a ball, wrap in plastic and chill for about 30 minutes.

3.

For the filling, rinse the herbs, shake dry and chop finely. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks, cream cheese and lemon juice. Fold in the herbs and egg whites. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

4.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F). Roll the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Grease the pan with butter and line with the dough, forming an edge. Spread the herb mixture on the dough. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve garnished with herbs.
