2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 cup Sour cream (200 grams)

100 grams Sorrel

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, remove and rinse with cold water.

Rinse the sorrel, pick through and spin dry.

3.

Peel the onion, finely chop and saute in oil. Add the beans and saute for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into pieces and cook in the hot pan until crisp. Spoon the vegetables onto the sorrel leaves on plates and garnish with the bacon.
