- For the dressing
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Nut oil
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1 tsp Onion granule
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 2 shallots (finely sliced)
- For the beef
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- 16 ozs Beef fillet

1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Small pot, 1 Small skillet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Coffee filter oder Küchenpapier, 1 Fine-mesh sieve
Preparation steps

For the dressing, place the soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic and onion granules and salt and pepper in a bowl, mix well then add the shallots.

For the beef, slice the meat thinly and season lightly with pepper. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic until brown but not burnt then remove from the wok and drain on kitchen paper.

Add a little more oil to the wok and quickly fry the meat on all sides over a high heat, stirring all the time.
4.
Quickly mix the salad ingredients together, mix in the cooked beef and garlic, arrange on plates and drizzle over the dressing.
