This light, summertime drink is the perfect thing to keep you feeling cool and refreshed on a hot summer day. Black tea has many health benefits and gives you a bit of a caffeine kick at the same time. The iced tea is slightly sweet, but it is sweetened with honey, making it an all natural drink.
You can also use other types of tea like green or white tea.

Pour 26 ounces boiling water over the mint sprigs and the tea leaves. Leave to steep for 8-10 min.

Strain and stir in the lemon slices and the honey. Leave to cool. Transfer to glasses along with the ice cubes and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
