Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the mint. Rinse the limes and cut into thin slices.

Bring 1 liter (approximately 4.5 cups) of water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the mint. Let steep for about 15 minutes. Place the lime in a pitcher and pour in the mint tea. Sweeten with sugar, if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
