2 large shallots (finely chopped)
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps mint (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente.

Sauté mushrooms and shallots briefly in olive oil, stir in pressed garlic and finely chopped mint and cook for a few minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper and stir in drained spaghetti. Serve garnished with the mint leaves.
