- 71 ozs Lamb breasts (with bones)
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 Tbsps Tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 Tbsps honey
- Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Rose paprika powder (hot)
- cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp jarred Pepperoncini
Preparation steps
1.
Wash the breast of lamb and pat dry. Cut into portions containing two ribs each.

Peel the cloves and chop finely.
3.
Heat the oil with the tomato juice, tomato paste and honey in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until the honey dissolves.

Mix together the tabasco, red wine vinegar, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
5.
Pat the green pepper corns dry and mash them with a fork. Combine them with the garlic and add them to the marinade. Season with salt to taste.
6.
Season the lamb breast pieces with salt and pepper and put them on a hot grill. Cook slowly for 25-30 minutes, turning frequently.
7.
Baste the pieces continually with the marinade during the last 10 minutes of cooking until beautifully browned.
