6 cups Spinach (chopped)
cup Crème fraiche
3 eggs
1 Tbsp Curry powder

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180 fan) | 400°F | gas 6.
2.
Heat the butter in a pan and add the spinach. Wilt down, turning regularly in the butter.

Whisk the crème fraiche in a bowl with the eggs and curry powder and make sure its well combined. Season, then add the spinach and mix well.
4.
Spoon into ramekins and place in a roasting tin. Half fill the tin with boiling water and bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until set. Serve warm from the oven.
