- 3 Corn
- 3 Tbsps Seed oil
- 3 shallots (finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 cup floury potatoes (diced)
- chicken stock
- ⅞ cup cream
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Turmeric
Preparation steps

Wash the corncobs and cut off the grains.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the shallots and chilli until translucent. Add the potatoes and corn kernels, then the chicken stock and cream. Season with garam masala, turmeric, salt and pepper and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then remove from the heat, take out some of the corn kernels to garnish, puree the rest and sieve into a pan.

Bring the soup back to a simmer briefly. Add a little more stock if necessary and adjust the seasoning.

Serve the soup on warmed plates, sprinkled with corn kernels.
