- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 140 g)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- ¼ tsp ground Cumin
- ½ tsp ground cilantro
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 4 Tbsps Coconut milk
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Cut into 3-4 cm (approximately 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch) wide, .05-1 cm (approximately 1/4-1/2 inch) thick slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse, trim, and finely chop the chili. Peel and chop the shallot, then mix with the garlic, chili, paprika, cumin, cilantro, soy sauce, oyster sauce, coconut milk, and sesame oil. Marinate the meat in this mixture for at least 2 hours, then remove and place on wooden skewers.

Brush with a little of the marinade, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook the skewers for about 8 minutes, brushing occasionally with the marinade.
