1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 tsp salt

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Mix the nuts with the honey, oil, and curry powder. Spread the nut mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven, season to taste with salt, and cool completely.
