- 1 ½ Tbsps Oil
- 1 cup onions (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 green chili pepper (cut into rings)
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 2 Tbsps Corn starch
- ⅔ cup Parmesan (finely grated)
- 1 ½ cups potatoes (cooked and mashed)
- 1 cup golden breadcrumbs
- Oil (for frying)
- For the yogurt sauce
- 1.333 cups natural Yogurt
- 1 tsp Tandoori masala seasoning

1 Small pot, 2 Bowls, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small bowl
Preparation steps

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet and sweat the onions, garlic, and chilli. Add the broccoli and fry for 4-5 minutes.

Season with salt, stir in the corn starch and cheese and let cool. Then mix with the mashed potatoes.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into round cakes. Roll in the breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil in a large skillet until golden brown all over.

Stir the masala spice mix into the yogurt and serve alongside the tikkis.
