1 day-old, stale White roll
2 scallions
1 garlic clove
2 chili peppers
600 grams mixed Ground meat
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
1 egg

Preparation steps

Soak roll in lukewarm water. Rinse, clean and chop scallions. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse and chop the chile peppers. Squeeze excess water out of bread. Place ground meat in a large bowl, add the soaked bread, scallions, garlic, chile peppers, parsley, egg and salt and pepper to taste. Use your hands to gently incorporate all the ingredients, then form into small meatballs.

Heat an oiled non-stick pan over high heat and cook the meatballs until browned, 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve.
