- 600 grams Salmon
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 3 centimeters ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsps light soy sauce
- salt
- white, freshly ground peppers
- 250 grams Daikon radish
- 250 grams Radish
- Lemon mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse salmon, pat dry and chop.

Peel ginger and garlic and finely chop. Mix both with honey and soy sauce and add salmon cubes. Cover and marinate about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse radishes, trim, peel and cut or slice into very thin slices. Grate the daikon radish. Season both lightly with salt and let stand to draw out water. Drain and arrange on plates.
4.
Fry salmon cubes briefly over high heat in sesame oil until seared on outside and rare in center. Distribute cubes on the salad and serve garnished with roughly chopped lemon mint.
