Preparation

Kitchen utensils

2 Pots, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve, 3 Einweckgläser oder canning jars (à 400 ml), 1 Ladle, 1 Kitchen towel

Preparation steps

1.
Toast the ciabatta slices in the oven at 200°C until golden brown. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp oil and leave to cool.
2.
Then spread with mustard.
3.
Cut off the tips of the sausages. Halve the sage leaves, make a slit in each end of each sausage and push half a sage leaf into each slit.
4.
Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and slowly fry the sausages on all sides. Shred the cabbage leaf (not too finely), blanch briefly in boiling water and mix with the caraway seed. Put the sausages on the toasted ciabatta slices, scatter with cabbage and secure with wooden cocktail sticks.
5.
Arrange on a platter and serve.
