1 small Baguette
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves
30 grams fresh ginger

Preparation steps

Pat shrimp dry. Rinse chile peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel the ginger and garlic, finely chop both and fry in oil. Add shrimp and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped chile peppers and cook briefly, season with salt and pepper and deglaze with lime juice.

Cut the baguette into slices, toast in the toaster or under the oven broiler (watching carefully) until golden brown. Serve the shrimp on the baguette slices. Garnish with parsley.
