2 Tbsps Ghee
4 cups raw Prawn (in their shells)
2 garlic cloves (sliced)
1 red chili pepper (seeds removed, finely sliced)
8 Saffron
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 cup Coconut milk
1 red Bell pepper (sliced)
4 sprigs parsley (leaves removed)
4 lemons (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Bring a pan of salt water to the boil and cook the rice for 15 minutes.

Heat the ghee in a skillet and fry the shrimps on a high heat for 2 minutes. Add the garlic, chilli, saffron threads, turmeric and garam masala. Add the lemon juice and coconut milk.
3.
Add the bell pepper and simmer for 5 minutes with a lid on. Season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
4.
Serve the shrimps with the rice and parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
