- 2 baby Bok Choy (400 grams or approximately 3/4 lbs)
- 400 grams Tofu
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 centimeters fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- 800 milliliters Chicken broth
- light soy sauce
Preparation steps

Rinse the bok choy, remove the leaves and cut the stems into strips. Cut the tofu into cubes. Rinse the chiles and cut into rings. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice from half and cut the other half into slices. Bring the broth to a boil and add all the prepared ingredients. Simmer together for approximately 6-8 minutes. Season with soy sauce.

To serve, pour the hot soup into bowls and garnish with chile pepper as desired.
