Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the spinach and the chard. Rinse and dry the herbs, and remove the leaves. Peel and slice the banana. Puree the spinach, chard, banana and herbs in the blender. Add the apple juice and lemon juice, and puree completely. Dilute with 300 ml (approximately 10 ounces) of cold water. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
