- 4 Spinach Tortillas (8-10 inches)
- 8 ozs Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp red Chile pepper (Flakes)
- 1 clove minced garlic cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 4 tsps Hummus
- 4 pcs Romaine lettuce
- 3 ozs cooked Green beans
- ¼ cup diced Red pepper
- ¼ cup sliced Red onions
- 2 scallions (white and green, sliced on bias)
- ½ cup spicy Sprout
- ½ cup Mung bean sprouts
- ½ Avocado (thinly sliced)

1 Cutting board, 0 Small knives, 0 Non-stick pans, 1 Serrated knife
Preparation steps
1.
Prepare the filling by sauteing the ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add Worcestershire sauce, red chili flakes, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Prepare wraps: Lay 4 spinach tortillas on a cutting board.

Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
Lay a piece of romaine lettuce on each. Continue layering ingredients on each tortilla with ground beef, green beans, red pepper, red onion, scallions, spicy sprouts, mung bean sprouts, and avocado
4.
Gently fold each tortilla into a wrap. Cut each on a diagonal and serve.
