100 grams thick, white Beans (canned)
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp butter
1 Tbsp White vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach, trim and spin dry. If necessary, tear spinach into bite-sized pieces.

Peel garlic, cut into slices and fry in a pan with hot butter.

Drain beans.

For the dressing, mix vinegar in a bowl with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Gradually add oil and stir with a whisk.

5.

Mix spinach, beans and garlic in a bowl, add the dressing and mix. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
