- 4 Steak (ready to cooking, á 160 g)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 600 grams Daikon radish
- 2 sprigs Dill
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 sprig Lemon balm
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp sweet Mustard
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Rinse the steaks, pat dry and brown in a hot grill pan with oil on each side for 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan, season with salt and pepper and allow to rest briefly.

Peel the radish, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Rinse the herbs, shake dry and coarsely chop the leaves. Peel the garlic, finely chop and mix with the herbs, lemon juice, mustard, oil and caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Divide the radish slices among plates. Cut the steaks into thin slices, mix with 2/3 of the dressing and arrange on the radish slices. Serve drizzled with the remaining dressing.
