4 Cod (each about 160 grams)
2 handfuls baby Spinach
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves
1 Lemongrass
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach and spin dry, arrange on a large plate.

Rinse and pat dry fish, arrange on top of spinach. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper.

3.

Peel garlic and place with halved lemongrass in a wok. Add about 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of water and place a cup in the middle. Cover and bring to a boil. Place plate with fish and spinach on the cup nad steam, covered, for about 6-8 minutes. Remove plate carefully (with gloves) and arrange spinach and fish on individual plates. Serve.
